To provide core binary viewing services and standard app functionalities, the application utilizes the following specific permissions, compliant with Google Play Console policies:

INTERNET (android.permission.INTERNET): Required to initialize Google AdMob network components for serving advertisements and verifying optional remote application maintenance or status checks.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE (android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Allows the app to verify network connectivity state before trying to check for maintenance parameters or downloading configurations.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Utilized on compatible Android versions to transmit push updates via OneSignal regarding system updates or tool features. You can opt out at any time through device settings.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Maintained with a maximum SDK version constraint (maxSdkVersion="32") solely as a legacy fallback mechanism to access older local file streams on legacy Android versions. On modern versions, the app safely relies on the Storage Access Framework (SAF) system picker without requesting full storage access.

            Data Clearance Note: No binary data or files browsed using the app are uploaded, shared, or compiled on third-party servers. All operations conform to native Android sandboxing rules.

Since ViewerForBin processes all files entirely locally on your mobile device, your binary file data never traverses the internet or external networks. We utilize standard Android application sandboxing isolation to ensure that other apps installed on your device cannot access the active binary data buffers or records generated within this app. While no method of digital storage or transmission is 100% secure, we implement industry-standard practices to guard your configuration and preferences data.

4. Third-Party Services

The app incorporates SDK dependencies from third-party networks which may collect data used to identify your device in accordance with their individual privacy architectures:

Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob gathers device IDs, network metrics, and advertising identifiers for personalization and analytical reports.
OneSignal: Handles push notification lifecycles. They may process analytics logs, network metadata, and subscription statuses.
