This Privacy Policy governs your use of the RAM Monitor mobile application ("Application"), created and maintained for Android devices. RAM Monitor provides real-time system memory metrics, Java virtual machine heap diagnostics, and local memory log analysis.

We prioritize user privacy and data transparency. All core diagnostic calculations and logs remain strictly on your personal device.

1. Information Collection and Storage

RAM Monitor is built around an on-device architecture. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data or device metrics to external private servers.

Local Diagnostic Metrics: Metrics such as Total System RAM, Available Memory, App Process PSS, JVM Heap Usage, and Memory Pressure Flags are evaluated locally using standard Android System APIs (ActivityManager, Runtime, and Debug).
Local History Database: When enabled, periodic memory logs are saved strictly in your device's local private SQLite database using Android Room. You can purge or export these logs at any time via Storage Access Framework (SAF).

2. Android Permissions Used

RAM Monitor requests only essential Android permissions necessary to support ad-supported monetization and status notification alerts. We do not access sensitive permissions such as location, contacts, camera, or SMS.

INTERNET	Allows network access to load Google AdMob ad requests and fetch remote application maintenance status.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE	Allows the application to verify active internet connectivity before initializing ad requests or status checks.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS	Optional permission (Android 13+) used to deliver alert notifications regarding memory threshold warnings or app maintenance announcements.

3. Third-Party Services & Analytics

The Application utilizes trusted third-party SDKs for advertisement rendering, update checks, and notification delivery. These providers may collect non-personally identifiable technical information (such as IP address, device model, or advertising ID) in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

4. Children's Privacy

RAM Monitor is a general-audience technical diagnostic utility. The Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age threshold in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If a parent or legal guardian discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information to third-party services integrated within our app, please contact us so we can take immediate corrective measures.

5. Data Control and Retention

You maintain full ownership and control of your local diagnostic records:

History Retention: You can select a log retention window (1 day, 7 days, or 30 days) in Settings to automatically delete older local database records.
Manual Erase: You can erase all local memory logs instantly at any time via Settings > Clear All History.
Export & Backup: You can export diagnostic records to CSV or JSON format using your device's native file picker.

6. Security

We value your trust in using RAM Monitor. Because all diagnostic logs are saved within the application's isolated sandbox storage on your Android device, unauthorized external access is prevented by standard Android operating system security boundaries.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. You are advised to review this page occasionally for any updates. Changes are effective immediately upon publishing on this page.
